What Type of Training

After your Self Assessment, the next step we need to look at is the type of fitness/training that we actually want to do. The main reasons for this is that for a lot of people training isn’t fun and enjoyable, it actually can be a chore and if we can’t find a way to make in semi-enjoyable then most people will just give up and quit. So selecting the correct fitness/training center or activity will help make your exercise routine that is instituted by your Personal Trainer a lot more enjoyable.

If you look on websites, through magazines and papers, you will see that there are a lot of ways to train now days and that list grows nearly weekly. So finding something that you will enjoy doing and enjoy attending, as well as finding the correct Personal Trainer will help in ensure that you are giving yourself the best opportunity to succeed in your goals.

 

Some of the main activities that people are used to and have most probably tried are:
